Meet the Team

Gary Russell

Name: Gary Russell
Role: Managing Director
Responsibilities: Gary’s role is to manage the business, set its strategic direction and ensure it continues to meet the needs of its clients. A qualified pipe fitter, plumber and water compliance engineer by trade, Gary formed the company in 2003 after various roles in the industry. Now in a purely leadership role, his engineering background means that he understands all aspects of the business and takes a keen interest in all jobs undertaken.

Team-Paul-Kenny

Name: Paul Kenny
Role: Sales Director
Responsibilities: Paul joined the team as finance manager and has also made the transition to sales to combine his financial experience with natural sales and client management skills. His role is to nurture client relationships as well as lead the account management team while retaining some financial responsibilities.

Name: Mark Russell
Role:  Technical Director
Responsibilities: Mark joined the team as a Service Engineer in May 2013 and made the transition to Technical & Service Manager in October 2019. Responsible for ensuring company processes are following all relevant governing and internal guideline documents. Mark continually reviews and improves to ensure they drive us forward.

JayJay-Pickles

Name: Jayjay Pickles
Role: Operations Director
Responsibilities: Jayjay joined the team as a Service Engineer in July 2013 and made the transition to Service Manager in March 2019. Responsible for managing the service department including interactions, reports and repairs.  Jayjay maintains the Service Control team, overseeing team members and performing  inspections and reports if necessary.

Kim-O-Leary

Name: Kim O'Leary
Role: Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities: Kim has been with Aquatrust since 2006 and is a key player in the Aquatrust team. She has acquired and looks after a number of our major accounts at Aquatrust. Year on year a reliable, high performer.

Kirsty-Walls-3

Name: Kirsty Walls
Role: Key Account Service
Responsibilities: Kirsty joined Aquatrust in 2018 and has acquired much knowledge of the customer base and processes within the last three years. So much so, that we promoted her recently to ensure some of our key accounts are looked after on a personal daily basis. She has great potential to go much further in the business.

Grace-Mullinger-2

Name: Grace Mullinger
Role: Administrator
Responsibilities: Grace is the newest member of the team having joined in June 2021. She has a very professional approach and has quickly learned many new skills in the business, from administrating customers risk assessments to programming and allocating all our new job work.
